Always an interesting debate - but following on from Lord Rose's comments what do people think? Link below:

Personally I disagree with his comments and would suggest that if his employees have been less productive at home then there could be an issue with either the people he's hiring or the way they are being managed.
I believe that being able to offer flexibility to candidates is and will continue to be a valuable attraction tool as well as helping with retention of staff. I have worked on vacancies where strong candidates have been lost due to a lack of flexibility and in a market where the candidate is calling the shots feel that flexibility can go a long way!
Having said that I also believe that being able to get a team together in the office occasionally is important in order to build relationships and prevent remote/hybrid employees feeling isolated.
Keen to hear more thoughts on this one!
